SilentDirect PES 592x592mm is a professional sound absorber specifically developed for installation in standardized grid ceilings. With its discreet design and documented high sound absorption, it is an ideal choice for all types of public and private indoor environments where acoustic comfort and visual uniformity are important – such as offices, schools, conference rooms, and commercial spaces.

The product is 50mm thick and made of 100% polyester, with at least 30% consisting of recycled material. It is completely free from glue, irritating fibers, and harmful chemicals, making it environmentally friendly, allergy-safe, and suitable for sensitive environments. SilentDirect PES is also odorless, dimensionally stable, and mold-resistant, and is not negatively affected by humidity. The product is CE-marked and fire-rated according to B-s1, d0.

Optimal acoustic performance in modular format

SilentDirect PES 592x592mm is designed to reduce reverberation and minimize disturbing sound reflections that often occur in open ceiling surfaces. The absorber has an NRC value of 0.94, which means it absorbs up to 94% of incoming sound – a value that significantly exceeds what is typically achieved with standard ceiling absorbers.

Traditional ceiling tiles in grid systems usually have a thickness of 15–20mm, sometimes up to 25mm, and are often made from high-density materials, which provide mechanical stability but limit sound absorption. SilentDirect PES offers a significantly greater material thickness of 50mm and an optimized density around 40kg/m³, creating a perfect balance between volume and open structure – essential for effective sound absorption across a wide frequency range.

Thanks to its modular format, the product can be easily installed in existing ceiling systems with T-profiles, making it ideal for both new installations and renovation projects. It serves as a direct replacement for 600x600mm modules and can also be combined with traditional ceiling tiles in zoned acoustic solutions.

Easy installation – no special tools required

SilentDirect PES 592x592 is designed for quick and easy installation directly into standard grid systems, with no need for glue, screws, or external suspension. The product is delivered ready for installation and requires no special tools. If needed, the absorber can also be cut with a knife to fit around fixtures, sprinklers, or ventilation. For ceiling environments where the whole or parts of the ceiling need acoustic upgrading, PES 592x592 is an effective alternative to traditional mineral wool panels, with the added benefits of being dust-free, fiber-free, and significantly more resistant to moisture and microbial growth.
