Sound-absorbing panels featuring motifs of sweets and desserts – playful aesthetics with improved acoustics

Motifs of sweets and desserts evoke joy, curiosity, and recognition. Colorful pastries, chocolate, ice cream, macarons, and other desserts create a visual expression that is perceived as inviting and positive. With sound-absorbing panels featuring motifs of sweets and desserts from SilentDirect, this playful aesthetic is combined with effective sound absorption that improves the room's acoustics.

In environments with hard surfaces and a lot of activity, sound can easily bounce between walls, ceilings, and floors. Adding sound-absorbing panels reduces reverberation and makes the sound level feel more controlled, while giving the room a clear visual theme that contributes to a pleasant atmosphere.

Sweets and desserts that create energy and warmth

Desserts and sweets are strongly associated with enjoyment, breaks, and social moments. The motifs are often characterized by warm colors, soft shapes, and clear details that give the room a lively and personal expression. In sound-absorbing panels, these motifs also have a functional role where aesthetics and acoustics work together.

This category is particularly well suited to cafés, bakeries, patisseries, ice cream parlors, and restaurants, but also to home environments such as kitchens and dining areas where you want to create a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.

Sound absorption that improves the experience in lively environments

SilentDirect's sound-absorbing panels with motifs of sweets and desserts are designed to reduce reverberation in spaces where conversation, movement, and background noise can otherwise be stressful. The sound-absorbing core captures sound waves and reduces reflections from hard surfaces.

When the sound environment becomes more balanced, both the conversation climate and the overall impression are improved. This creates a more pleasant experience for guests, customers, and family members, regardless of whether the environment is public or private.

Print quality that brings out color and detail

All sound-absorbing panels featuring motifs of sweets and desserts are produced using HP Latex technology, which provides high color accuracy and smooth transitions. Printing is done with water-based, odorless, and Greenguard Gold-certified inks that are safe for indoor environments.

The resolution is adjusted up to 300 dpi depending on the format, which means that details such as icing, the texture of chocolate, and color nuances in baked goods are reproduced with high sharpness and long durability.

Canvas fabric adapted for kitchens and serving environments

Sound-absorbing canvases with motifs of sweets and desserts are available in two types of canvas with a weight of 260 g/m². The polyester canvas has a smooth and durable surface that is well suited to environments where temperature and humidity can vary, such as cafés and kitchens.

The cotton canvas has a more matte surface with more texture and provides a softer, more artistic expression that is ideal for home environments or quieter dining areas.

Stable construction and easy hanging

Each sound-absorbing panel is mounted on a solid pine frame that provides stability and durability. Smaller formats up to 70×50 cm have a 15 mm thick frame, while larger formats from 90×60 cm and up have a stronger 20 mm frame.

The boards are equipped with 6 to 8 CNC-milled keyholes on the back, depending on size, making hanging easy and secure.

Create an inviting atmosphere with sweet motifs and controlled acoustics

With sound-absorbing panels featuring motifs of sweets and desserts from SilentDirect, you can create an environment that combines joy, color, and function. The panels reduce reverberation, improve the sound environment, and contribute to a warm and well-thought-out overall impression in both private and public environments.

Colour and form at the right scale

Look at how the motif distributes colour, detail and open space. A single pastry shown close up has a different visual weight from several small desserts in one picture. Compare the whole composition rather than only the sweet treat depicted. View the motif from the distance at which the picture will be seen, too: small decorations need to remain discernible, while larger shapes can provide a clearer focal point from farther away.

Consider repeating a colour from the picture in the room's furnishings. Where many objects are on display, a calm background in the motif can create balance, while a colourful picture can become a distinctive accent on a more pared-back wall.
