PES Wall Deep Absorb – wall absorber with extra depth and maximum sound absorption
PES Wall Deep Absorb is a powerful wall-mounted sound absorber developed for environments where standard solutions are insufficient. By combining two layers of SilentDirect PES Wall, a uniform absorber with a total thickness of 100 mm is created, providing significantly improved sound absorption—especially in the mid- and low-frequency ranges where many traditional absorbers have limited effectiveness.
The product is designed to create a noticeably quieter and more controlled acoustic environment in everything from offices and conference rooms to studios, technical rooms, and home environments. With multiple sizes and three neutral colors, PES Wall Deep Absorb is easy to integrate into both modern and classic interiors, whether used as a single panel or in larger comprehensive acoustic solutions.
Maximum sound absorption for demanding environments
With its extra-deep 100 mm construction, PES Wall Deep Absorb captures sound waves more effectively than thinner wall absorbers. The increased thickness allows even lower frequencies to be absorbed to a greater extent, resulting in more balanced and pleasant room acoustics.
The product reduces reverberation, dampens echoes, and minimizes disruptive sound reflections from walls. The result is improved speech intelligibility, reduced acoustic stress, and a more focused environment—particularly important in open-plan offices, meeting rooms, classrooms, studios, and other spaces where acoustic comfort is crucial.
Hygienic, moisture-resistant, and safe material
PES Wall Deep Absorb is made from OEKO-TEX®-certified polyester that is free from harmful substances, emissions, and strong odors. Unlike many traditional materials, it does not shed dust or release fibers, making it particularly suitable for sensitive environments such as schools, healthcare facilities, and workplaces.
The material is moisture-resistant, mold-resistant, and retains its shape and function over time. The needle-punched surface is durable and easy to clean with a vacuum or light wiping, making the product a long-lasting and low-maintenance option.
Stylish design that suits any environment
With its fabric-free surface and discreet, textile-like texture, PES Wall Deep Absorb has a modern and professional look. The straight edge profile creates a clean, architectural impression that works equally well in minimalist offices as in more traditional settings.
The absorber is available in white, gray, and black, as well as in sizes 592x592 mm, 800x800 mm, 1000x1000 mm, 1200x600 mm, and 1200x900 mm. This makes it possible to create both discreet installations and more visually prominent wall solutions depending on needs and design goals.
Flexible mounting options
PES Wall Deep Absorb can be adapted to different types of walls and installation requirements. The product can be ordered without mounting accessories for full flexibility, or with solutions that make installation quick and stable.
When selecting mounting brackets, four brackets are included per absorber. Mounting brackets with a 0 mm gap provide a flush-to-wall installation with a discreet appearance, while mounting brackets with a 50 mm gap create an air gap between the wall and the absorber. This air gap further improves sound absorption and is particularly effective in rooms with significant sound reflections.
The product can also be supplied with concealed keyhole brackets in MDF that are glued to the back with solvent-free adhesive. This provides a stable and aesthetically clean installation without visible hardware.
The difference between flush and spaced mounting
The choice between flush mounting and spaced mounting affects both appearance and acoustic performance. With flush mounting, the absorber is placed directly against the wall and protrudes approximately 100 mm, resulting in a sleek and discreet look.
With 50 mm spacer mounting, an air gap is created that increases the total projection to approximately 150 mm. This solution provides significantly improved sound absorption, particularly in frequency ranges where wall reflections are otherwise difficult to control. For the best acoustic effect, spacer mounting is therefore recommended.
Durable construction for a long service life
PES Wall Deep Absorb is made from recycled polyester and is fully recyclable. The material is robust, dimensionally stable, and resistant to both moisture and wear, making the product suitable even in high-traffic environments.
The well-thought-out design ensures that both sound-absorbing properties and visual appeal are maintained over time. For those seeking a powerful, durable, and long-term solution to improve the acoustics in a room, PES Wall Deep Absorb is a professional and reliable choice.
