Returns, Refunds, and Complaints – Simple and Secure with SilentDirect!

At SilentDirect, we want you to always feel confident and satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we’ve designed our cancellation, return, and complaint policies to be as straightforward as possible. You have the right to open the package and examine the product, but the product must not be used if you wish to return it. For a return to be approved, the product must be in its original condition—that is, in its original packaging and free from damage.

Right of Withdrawal and Open Purchase

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal, right to return, and right to exchange for most products when you shop at SilentDirect. If you wish to return an item, it is important that you notify us within these 14 days of receipt. After this period, we unfortunately cannot approve the return.

Products Excluded from the Right to Return

Please note that the following products are not covered by the return policy, right of withdrawal, or right to exchange:

- Products sold by the meter.
- Custom-made products.
- Products that have been used.
- Items with broken seals.
- Incomplete products.
- SilentDirect Wall.
- SilentDirect sound-absorbing panels.

Here's how to return or exchange a product

We've made the process easy for anyone who wants to return or exchange an item. Follow the steps below for quick and hassle-free service:

Step 1: Register your cancellation/return

Step 2: Pack the product

Place the item in its original packaging and make sure it is properly protected during shipping. Include a copy of your order confirmation. If you don’t have a printer, you can write your order number and name on a piece of paper and include it in the package.

Step 3: Purchase a return shipping label

You can purchase a return shipping label directly from us by clicking here. If you prefer to use another shipping service, the package must be sent as a business shipment. We do not pick up shipments from drop-off locations.

Step 4: Send to the correct address

Step 5: Refund or Exchange

For returns: The refund will be processed using the same method as the original payment, as soon as we have received and inspected the item.

For exchanges: Place a new order for the items you wish to exchange for. Once we receive your return, we will credit the amount for the original order. If you selected invoice as your payment method, we will credit all or part of the invoice.
