Returns & exchanges – Easy and secure at SilentDirect!

At SilentDirect, we want you to always feel secure and satisfied with your purchase. That's why we've designed our returns and exchanges to be as smooth as possible. You have the right to open the package and take a closer look at the product, but the product must not be used if you want to return it. For a return to be approved, the product must be in its original condition, i.e., in its original packaging and free from damage.

Right of withdrawal and open purchase

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal, open purchase, and right of exchange on most products when you shop at SilentDirect. If you want to return an item, it is important that you notify us within 14 days of receipt. After this period, we unfortunately cannot approve the return.

Products excluded from the right of return

Please note that the following products are not covered by the open purchase, right of withdrawal, or right of exchange:

- Products sold by the meter.
- Custom-made products.
- Products that have been used.
- Goods with broken seals.
- Incomplete products.
- SilentDirect Wall.
- SilentDirect sound-absorbing panels.

How to return or exchange a product

We have made the process easy for you if you want to return or exchange an item. Follow the steps below for quick and easy handling:

Step 1: Pack the product

Place the item in its original packaging and make sure it is properly protected during transport. Include a copy of your order form. If you do not have a printer, you can write your order number and name on a piece of paper and include it in the package.

Step 2: Purchase a return shipping label

You can purchase a return shipping label directly from us by clicking here. If you prefer to purchase shipping through another service, the package must be sent as a business package. We do not collect shipments from agents.

Step 3: Send to the correct address

Step 4: Refund or exchange

For returns: Refunds will be made in the same way as the payment was made, as soon as we have received and checked the goods.

For exchanges: Place a new order for the items you wish to exchange. When we receive your return, we will credit the amount for the original order. If you chose invoice as your payment method, the entire invoice or part of it will be credited.
