Here you can purchase a return shipping label if you need to return one or more products to us.
Please note that we offer 14 days open purchase, 14 days right of withdrawal, and 14 days exchange policy. After this period, you cannot "regret" or return your package/order/purchase and get a refund.
We will email you a return shipping label to your email address within 48 hours after your purchase of this return shipping (weekdays only).
Print it out and tape it to your package, then drop it off at your nearest DHL service point. If you do not have a printer, we can send it by mail – in that case, write "Send by letter" in the "Add a message" field at checkout.
Products not covered by open purchase, right of withdrawal, or exchange:
- SilentDirect Wall
- SilentDirect sound-absorbing panels
- Broken seal
- Products sold by the meter
- Custom-made products
- Used products
- Incomplete products
Maximum size per return shipment:
Max size per box: 100 cm in length, 55 cm in width, and a maximum height of 55 cm. MAX 20 kg.
Max size per half pallet: 80 cm in length, 40 cm in width, and a maximum height of 150 cm including pallet height.
Max size per full pallet: 120 cm in length, 80 cm in width, and a maximum height of 200 cm including pallet height.
Please note that you cannot return loose sheets from a full box – only complete boxes can be returned (as originally purchased).

I purchased a box containing 12 sheets – I must return all 12 sheets, not fewer.
Important information about return shipping with pickup
If you choose return shipping with pickup, DHL will collect the package sometime between 07:00 and 17:00. Unfortunately, it is not possible to specify or change the time window. We recommend ensuring someone is present during this time to hand over the package.
