SilentDirect Sound Barrier – Professional noise protection for demanding environments
SilentDirect Sound Barrier is a powerful noise barrier designed to effectively reduce noise in industrial environments, on construction sites, and in other noise-sensitive areas. With an advanced multi-layer construction, the product combines sound insulation and sound absorption in a single system. The result is a complete sound solution that both blocks and dampens disruptive noise. Thanks to its modular design, multiple units can be easily connected to form larger sound barriers, making the solution flexible and scalable.
Effective combination of sound insulation and sound absorption
SilentDirect Sound Barrier is designed to handle both direct sound transmission and reverberation. The integrated layer of mass-loaded vinyl acts as an effective barrier that stops airborne sound, while the internal absorbent materials break up sound waves and reduce reflections. This ensures that noise is not only blocked but also dampened in its entirety, resulting in a significantly improved acoustic environment.
Robust multi-layer construction for long service life
The outer layer consists of a durable, reinforced PVC fabric that protects against moisture, dirt, and mechanical wear. This makes the sound barrier suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Inside the outer layer is a layer of mass-loaded vinyl that blocks sound, followed by sound-absorbing materials such as polyester and acoustic foam that reduce reverberation. The construction is designed to maintain its performance even during prolonged use in harsh environments.
Documented Sound Reduction
SilentDirect Sound Barrier offers up to 28 dB of sound reduction (Rw) and has an NRC value of 0.65. This means the product functions as an effective sound barrier while simultaneously reducing sound reflections in the surrounding area. The result is a more controlled and pleasant acoustic environment for both users and the surrounding area.
Durable, weather-resistant, and safe
The product is designed to withstand demanding use where durability and functionality are critical. The water-repellent and UV-resistant surface allows the noise barrier to be used year-round, even in exposed environments. The materials are also flame-retardant in accordance with European standards, making the product suitable for environments with high safety requirements.
Easy installation and complete delivery
SilentDirect Sound Barrier is delivered as a ready-to-use solution. Each unit comes complete with 8 sturdy green hooks and 8 black cable ties, making installation both simple and flexible. Thanks to the reinforced eyelets along the edges, the sound barrier can be mounted directly on construction fences, walls, or other structures using the included accessories.
Sewn-on Velcro strips also make it possible to connect multiple units together without any gaps, which is crucial for achieving maximum noise reduction. The barrier can be mounted both vertically and horizontally, providing great flexibility for various types of installations. As a noise barrier, it works just as well in industrial environments as around a temporary stage or in connection with construction projects.
Wide range of applications
SilentDirect Sound Barrier is used in many different contexts where noise control is important. At construction sites, it reduces noise propagation to nearby homes, schools, and offices. In industry, it is used to enclose machinery and equipment. At events and for temporary installations, it serves as a portable noise barrier that can be easily moved and adapted as needed. Its modular design makes it possible to create customized solutions for every situation.
That’s why professional users choose the SilentDirect Sound Barrier
SilentDirect Sound Barrier combines high sound reduction, robust construction, and easy installation into a well-thought-out solution. By combining the properties of a sound barrier and a sound-absorbing system, it provides more effective noise reduction than simpler alternatives. For those seeking reliable, flexible, and long-term noise protection, this is a professional choice that delivers clear results.

Hallo Annett,
/Elias
