SilentDirect PES Wall Deep Industry is an extra-powerful wall absorber developed for industrial environments and other spaces where noise, hard surfaces, and large volumes create challenging acoustic conditions. By combining two layers of SilentDirect PES Wall into a continuous structure with a total thickness of 100 mm, a sound absorber is created that effectively reduces reverberation and wall reflections in large and noisy spaces.

The product is specifically designed for workshops, production halls, warehouses, technical spaces, and other work environments where sound from machinery, ventilation, and production would otherwise bounce between walls and ceilings. The heavy-duty absorber captures sound energy early on and contributes to a more controlled acoustic environment where noise and echoes are reduced.

PES Wall Deep Industry is available in five sizes: 592x592mm, 800x800mm, 1000x1000mm, 1200x600mm, and 1200x900mm. It is available in two colors—white and gray—and the durable needle-punched surface ensures the panels perform well even in environments where materials must withstand daily operations and varying climates.

Without mounting accessories
This option provides complete freedom to use your own mounting method, such as adhesive, screws, or another solution tailored to the wall’s construction.

With mounting brackets
When installing with mounting brackets, 4 mounting brackets are included with each sound absorber. Choose mounting brackets – 0mm spacing for wall-hugging installation or mounting brackets – 50mm spacing, which creates an approximately 50mm air gap between the wall and the sound absorber. The air gap contributes to improved sound absorption.

With concealed mounting brackets
The sound absorber can also be supplied with CNC-milled keyhole brackets in MDF, permanently glued to the back with 100% solid and solvent-free adhesive. The number of brackets is adjusted according to the panel’s size and provides a stable and discreet installation without visible hardware.

What is the difference between mounting brackets – 0 mm thickness and mounting brackets – 50 mm spacing?

The choice between mounting brackets – 0 mm thickness and mounting brackets – 50 mm spacing is a matter of balancing aesthetics and acoustic performance.

Mounting brackets – 0mm clearance mount the absorber directly against the wall and protrude approximately 100 mm, which corresponds to the thickness of the absorber. This provides a flush and discreet installation.

Mounting brackets – 50 mm spacing, on the other hand, create an air gap of approximately 50 mm between the wall and the absorber. The total projection is then approximately 150 mm. The air gap improves sound absorption and is particularly recommended in larger industrial spaces where wall reflections are pronounced.

In summary, mounting brackets – 50 mm spacing provide the highest acoustic performance, while mounting brackets – 0 mm spacing are a good alternative when a closer-to-the-wall installation is prioritized.

Acoustic Test: Before and After with PES Sound Absorbers

The test was conducted in a 24 m² studio, measuring 4 x 6 meters. A total of 4.026 m² of SilentDirect PES sound absorbers were installed in the room, corresponding to approximately 16.8% of the floor area. The absorbers were placed on both the ceiling and walls to reduce echo, reverberation, and harsh sound reflections.
