As a consumer—that is, a natural person who makes purchases primarily for personal use—you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases, unless an exception under the law applies. The right of withdrawal does not apply to business purchases or purchases made by legal entities, such as corporations, associations, municipalities, and other public organizations. This also applies to sole proprietors when the purchase is made primarily for business purposes. For these customers, we do not offer a money-back guarantee, the right to exchange, or the right to return a purchased item if the purchase is canceled, unless this has been expressly agreed upon separately with SilentDirect. Such a return requires our prior approval.

This does not affect the customer’s right to file a complaint regarding a defective item in accordance with applicable law and the agreement.

Step 1: Register your cancellation/return

Step 2: Pack the product

Place the item in its original packaging and make sure it is properly protected during shipping. Include a copy of your order confirmation. If you don’t have a printer, write your order number and name on a piece of paper and include it in the package.

Step 3: Purchase a return shipping label

You can purchase a return shipping label directly from us by clicking here. If you prefer to arrange shipping through another service, the package must be sent as a business shipment. We do not pick up shipments from drop-off locations.

Step 4: Send to the correct address

Step 5: Refund or Exchange

For returns: The refund will be processed using the same method as the original payment, as soon as we have received and inspected the item.

For exchanges: Place a new order for the items you wish to exchange for. Once we receive your return, we will credit the amount for the original order. If you selected invoice as your payment method, all or part of the invoice will be credited.
