With a 50mm thick core of compact polyester and a removable acoustic fabric made from OEKO-TEX certified textile, the product offers both technical performance and a soft, interior-friendly appearance. SilentDirect PES Fabric is the perfect choice for environments where acoustic comfort, design, and hygiene are equally important – such as offices, schools, healthcare facilities, and residential spaces.
The product combines powerful sound absorption with visual flexibility. The absorber is available in ten different colors and can easily be adapted to the room's design. The fabric is removable and can be gently washed to ensure long-lasting freshness and aesthetics, even in sensitive indoor environments. SilentDirect PES Fabric is completely free from glue, irritating fibers, and harmful chemicals, making it especially suitable for allergy sufferers and environments with high indoor air quality standards.

SilentDirect PES Fabric 592x592mm is designed to dampen reverberation and reduce disturbing sound reflections that are often amplified in open ceiling surfaces. The absorber has an NRC value of 0.94, meaning up to 94% of incoming sound is absorbed – a level that far exceeds the performance of traditional ceiling tiles.
Common ceiling tiles in grid systems are often 15–20mm thick and made of high-density materials that limit sound absorption. In contrast, SilentDirect PES Fabric is 50mm thick, with an optimized density around 40kg/m³, providing a perfect balance between volume and open-cell structure – crucial for effective sound absorption across a wide frequency range. Thanks to its modular format, the product is designed for easy drop-in installation in standard 600x600mm grid systems, making it ideal for both new installations and acoustic upgrades of existing ceilings.
Durable, washable fabric for extra hygiene and design freedom
The covered surface of SilentDirect PES Fabric consists of a premium, OEKO-TEX certified acoustic fabric that gives the product a soft and elegant appearance. The fabric is removable and can be gently washed in a machine or by hand up to 40°C, making the product especially suitable in environments where hygiene is crucial. Only gentle hand washing in a machine or manual washing is allowed. The fabric must not be bleached, ironed with high heat, or tumble dried, but can be ironed at low heat (max 110°C) and is approved for dry cleaning. The washable fabric cover ensures that the product retains its aesthetic and hygienic condition over time, which is especially valuable in schools, healthcare facilities, offices, and homes where indoor environments are a priority. The fabric is available in ten modern colors, offering great flexibility to match the room's design and create a harmonious whole.
Easy and flexible installation
SilentDirect PES Fabric 592x592mm is designed for quick and easy installation directly into grid ceilings without the need for special tools or external fasteners. The product is delivered preassembled and is simply placed into standard T-profile systems. If needed, the absorber can be cut to fit around fixtures, sprinklers, or other ceiling components. This makes SilentDirect PES Fabric an optimal solution for both new construction and renovation projects using existing ceiling systems.
